The challenge

At the latest since the ruling of the Federal Labor Court on 13.09.22, companies are obliged to record the working time of employees. Individual programs are often expensive and time-consuming, whereas standard programs leave little room for special requirements.

A simple and clear app for recording working time that is scalable and allows individual adjustments was desired. In addition, it should be possible to assign times based on projects and topics. A clear project evaluation should display these times in aggregated form.

The solution

The nedyx® time tracking app is divided into three different dashboards.

  1. The input of the working time recording: In the first dashboard, working days are displayed divided into weeks. The beginning, the break and the end of the working time can be entered by employees. A clear evaluation shows the hours worked, vacation days and sick days at a glance.
  2. The task tracker: In this dashboard, times are assigned to the respective tasks. Here, too, smaller integrated dashboards facilitate the overview. Personal time management can thus be improved and the billing of times for customer projects, for example, is made easier.
  3. The project tracker: Times can be assigned to all relevant projects. This is useful, for example, for the project management of employees. Future projects can thus also be better estimated.
All dashboards can be scaled and customized in a time- and cost-efficient manner.
